Proof of Insurance- It is of the utmost importance that we have your current insurance information including a Proof of Insurance on file. If you submit your boating applications without the proof of insurance your application will not be accepted and will be returned to you for completion.
Length Overall - The Committee asks that all owners put the correct Length Overall (LOA), not the water line length, on the Slip application. This includes swim platforms, bow pulpits, ladders, davits, anchors that project out past the bow.
Purchasing a Boat - If you currently do not own a boat but are sure you will be purchasing one before next boating season, fill out the application with the estimated size. That way you will be assured of being placed on the Club’s slip waiting list.
Slip Change Request - Current slip holders who wish to have a new assignment should write or type their request on the back of this form. All requests for changes will be reviewed and if possible, will be accommodated prior to any new slips being assigned. Please do not attach a separate sheet.
Payment - Please do not return payment with your Application. All fees will be billed after the Dock Committee makes the assignments.
Lastly, all applications must be returned by November 1st. The Dock Committee thanks our members for taking the time to update the information for our files. This simple task saves those member volunteers on the Dock Committee a lot of time and the processes goes much smoother when we have all the information. The Committee thanks the members for their continued cooperation and support and should anyone have a question please feel free to contact the Club.
